2008 Cleve
A Bordeaux blend of 50% Cabernet
Franc, 35% Petit Verdot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. The
wine has been aged in French and American oak for 18
months. Cigar box and smokiness dominate the nose with a
hint of violets. On the palate the wine fills the mouth
with black cherry and currants flavors, then finishes
with firm, but silky tannins.

2009 Danielle’s Rosé
Merlot and Chambourcin
were blended and done in the traditional Provencal dry
rosé style. The aromatics begin with essences of
strawberry covered shortcakes and finish with hints of
pomegranate. The mouth is silky and smooth, yet crisp
with a tart cherry and a bright kiwi finish. Serve
chilled as an aperitif or with grilled fish.

2008 Chardonnay
A bright and crisp Chablis style Chardonnay. The nose
holds hints of lemongrass and citrus, but has a very
distinct vanilla/oaky bouquet. The front palette starts
with fresh green apples as the subtle oak and butter

finish has characteristics of ripe pineapples and has a
slight cashew ending.
